Phoenix happy hour is a desert-afternoon game: wine-café pours that start at lunch, steakhouse rails at CityScape, and Biltmore whiskey-bar cards with the food priced to match. Old Town Scottsdale adds smashburgers and structured bands. These are the signature sips and bites the venues themselves publish — prices only where the bar printed them.

Sips the houses name

The Arrogant Butcher (CityScape, downtown Phoenix) posts GET HAPPY HOUR: Sip, savor, and save from 2–5pm, every Monday–Friday at the bar, with $10 classic cocktails, $7 house wines, and $5 draft pints. Postino Arcadia (3939 E Campbell Ave) posts Happy Hour Redefined daily ’til 5 PM with $6 glasses of wine and $6 pitchers of beer — the cheapest printed wine pour in the directory. The Gladly (2201 E Camelback Road, Biltmore) posts drinks daily 11am–6pm with draft cocktails $12 (Manhattan, Thai Margarita, Rico Paloma, Espresso Martini), featured wine $9 per glass, and The Gladly Whiskey Pick. Federal Pizza Central Phoenix (5210 N Central Ave) posts a Monday–Thursday dine-in happy-hour list with a Basil Limoncello Collins $14, Limoncello Spritz $14, Aperol Spritz $14, and Benchmark Old Fashioned $13 — no clock-time window is printed on that page, so treat the dollars as menu-only.
